The population of Culpeper County continues to grow rapidly which causes increased demands on the school infrastructure. Many in our community are on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay higher taxes to provide for the necessary spending increases. .
Culpeper Schools Foundation (CSF) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization founded by concerned parents and community leaders to fund unmet needs in the school system and provide useful services to the schools, parents and students. There are many areas that CSF has identified within the school system which would immediately benefit from monies received and would aid teachers and administration in delivering the best education to our children. Areas of support include the Teacher/Student Enrichment Program including: Travelships to teachers, Scholarships to students, awards to teachers to fund special projects and gift cards to teachers, and support for the enhancement of school libraries and instructional materials. These are areas identified to honor and enhance the excellent education Culpeper County Schools offers our children. Funds will not be used for items covered in regular school budgeting and government funding.
Culpeper Schools Foundation needs your help. Through its status as a tax-exempt corporation, CSF provides an avenue to receive non-government monies for our schools. CSF invites parents, educators, concerned citizens and area businesses to support our schools. Become a member, a sponsor, or a donor of this worthy organization.
